I am a little late to writing this review but i would just like to express how grateful I am for how these folks treated and took care of my dads’ 125 year old home as if it were their own. Big purchases are never easy and of 3 estimates we got, they were a clear option. Removed 4 layers, installed new decking, and roofed with a high quality material for a value price AND all in a days work. They truly are as advertised and Chris is the man. By far, the best roofing company I have ever used! I am a real estate investor and after being stiffed by another roofer, these guys came out on a weekend, gave me a bid and started a week later. Like all the old houses in the area built in the late 1800s, there was more extensive work than we originally thought. They were communicative, sent me photos and gave me options that were incredibly fair. They tried every way they could to be fair and save me as much money as possible. They were honest, and on time and got the job done quickly. The roof looks beautiful. I am so happy and will be using them for all my future projects in Ohio. Give them a call. I am writing this review with my dad, who recently had a new roof installed with Premier. I cannot say enough with how pleased we were with the entire process! My father is 80 but still sharp as a tack. Nonetheless I still looked over the estimate and financing process to make sure it was in order. Chris was very easy to work with- professional, courteous, and efficient. He made us both feel at ease with the decision. The roofers did a great job, finished in one day, and left the area completely cleaned up. No complaints at all. High quality product and easy financing.
